They need a stable job with a stable income. One Million Tee (1MT) aims to create job opportunities in Africa. We aim to invest and create businesses that will provide them with job opportunities that give them a stable monthly salary.

When they have a job to earn a living, they will have money for food, medical needs, and to send their children for a proper education. No need for donations anymore!

The business we create has to be sustainable which mean the business needs to be able to earn enough money to create jobs (hiring workers) without any donations.
